Great store. The store was very busy and I thought the wait maybe too long but the owner of the store greeted me and asked if he could help. I got my watch battery changed and I purchased a gift for my niece. I left feeling like everyone in the store was there to help me. Fantastic. The other customers were all being helped too. I have found my favorite jewelry store in NH.

My fiancé brought a family stone into the jeweler and purchased an engagement ring from the estate box. They set the family stone in the ring and it is absolutely beautiful. It being a one of a kind piece we had to have a custom wedding band made. They absolutely nailed it, the ring is exactly what I wanted and is a perfect match to my engagement ring. Both pieces were also appraised at the store. The appraisals are very in depth and you are given a copy of the entire appraisal. They are friendly, professional, and do amazing work. If you are looking for a jeweler I would not hesitate to go here. We live almost an hour away and the ride is well worth it every time!

I have been here a couple times. One time was to fix my watch band and another time to replace the batteries in a different watch. Both times i thought the prices were fair and affordable. The service is also fast and friendly . Would highly recommend if you need to get your watch or jewelry serviced. Its a cute little family owned store so you also feel great after for supporting local businesses.

Love this Jewlery store! Greg is very professional,Attentive, and no pressure for an owner. Excellent product and beautiful pieces. I had some of my jewelry designed by George(old wedding bands/rings) made into a necklace and they came out unbelievable! I would rate this Jewlery store more than a 5☆ Thank you for your professionalism and your expertise in the Jewlery world,I wouldn't shop anywhere else! ~Mary N.~

Kelly and Greg are absolutely amazing, genuine, kind people. My husband and I have been going to see them for a little over almost 2 years now and they’re genuinely just good people! Every time we/I go in there we are always greeted with a smile and pure honesty. We found the most perfect wedding band set (reminds me of the Eiffel Tower❤️💍), we got appraisals done on our other jewelry and will continue to go there for any jewelry needs/wants! They have an AMAZING and BREATHTAKING variety of jewelry to choose from. 💍💎❤️ It is very hard to find good honest people these days and if you’re looking for a jeweler who is going to be fair, honest and truthful than I highly highly highly recommend going to Gem Jewelers and speaking with Kelly and or Greg because they are absolutely phenomenal! ❤️❤️

My husband purchased an opal for me as a gift and I brought it to Gem Jewelers to be made into a necklace pendant. They reviewed all of my options, and it was decided the best choice would be a custom pendant mounting to protect the opal. They completed the piece quickly, and were extremely communicative throughout the process. I am so happy with the end result. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a jeweler with a personal touch!
